Brain-derived neurotrophic factor and depression
摘要
Abstract
Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) is an important member of the neurotrophic factor family,which can promote and maintain the process of development and regeneration of nervous system.Recent studies have shown that BDNF plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of depression and the complications.In this paper,the role of BDNF,its receptors and signal transduction pathways in depression,the comorbidity of diabetes and depression,the comorbidity of stroke and depression,postpartum depression,and the comorbidity of chronic pain and depression are discussed.关键词
