摘要

Abstract

The application of nano cellulose in tobacco sheet prepared by papermaking processes was studied in order to improve the physical property of tobacco sheet therefore reduce wood pulp fibers usage.The results showed that the surface cationization of nanofibrillated cellulose (NFC) could effectively improve the tensile index of tobacco sheet.When the addition of NFC with surface cationization was 0.1% on dried tobacco slurry and wood pulp content was 16.7%,the tensile index and bulk were 10.69 N· m/g and 1.99 cm3/g respectively comparing tensile index and bulk were 10.87 N· m/g and 2.04 cm3/g respectively for the control sample with wood pulp content 25% and withoutthe addition of NFC.
