生物陶瓷火罐结合痛点放血为主治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察
Clinical Evaluation of Bioceramic Cupping Combined with Bloodletting at Pain Point in the Treatment of Acute LDH

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of the combination therapy of bioceramic cupping,bloodletting at pain point,and western medication for lumber disc herniation (LDH) during acute period.Methods:74 acute LDH patients were randomly divided into the observation group (n =37) and the control group (n =37).The control group was given symptomatic treatment with diuretics,anti-inflammatory agent,and neurotrophy medicine;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with bioceramic cupping once every other day for six times,and bloodletting at pain point was twice a week for four times.Scores of VAS and SC-ODI were observed and analyzed comparatively,and the clinical curative effect was evaluated one month after the treatment.Results:The scores of VAS and SC-ODI were significantly decreased after the treatment in the both groups (P ＜ 0.05);in which the observation group improved more than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.9％,which was significantly higher than 73％ of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of bioceramic cupping,bloodletting at pain point,and western medication can effectively alleviate pain and improve the functional activities for acute LDH patients,which is superior to single western medication.关键词
