Abstract
Objective:To explore clinical effect of acupuncture combined Sodium Hyaluronate injection treating early-to-mid knee osteoarthritis.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n =40) and the control group(n =40).The control group was injected with Sodium Hyaluronate into knee joint cavity,once a week;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with acupuncture,30 min needle retaining,once a day.Therapeutic effect was assessed by scores of VAS,WOMAC,and SF-36 before and after five-week treatment.Results:After the treatment,there were improvements in scores of VAS,WOMAC,and SF-36 in the both groups,in which the observation group was superior to the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate was 92.5％ (37/40) in the observation group,which was higher than 65％ (26/40) in the control group.Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and Sodium Hyaluronate injection is better than simple Sodium Hyaluronate injection in treating early-to-mid knee osteoarthritis.关键词
