Clinical Evaluation on Refractory Facial Paralysis Treated by Zhizhen Tila Manipulation Combined with Acupoint Injection of Rat Nerve Growth Factor

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhizhen Tila(pulling manipulation after a kind of sticking of needles) manipulation combined with acupoint injection of nerve growth factor on refractory facial paralysis,and to try to find an effective method for this kind of disease.Methods:44 patients with refractory facial paralysis were randomly divided into the control group (n =22) and the observation group (n =22).The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Zhizhen Tila manipulation combined with acupoint injection of rat nerve growth factor.Results:The total effective rate was 77.3％ in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 45.5％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Zhizhen Tila manipulation combined with acupoint injection of rat nerve growth factor is an effective treatment for refractory facial paralysis.关键词
