针刺跷脉联合舒眠胶囊治疗顽固性失眠的临床疗效研究
Clinical Observation of Needling Qiao Channel Combined with Shumian Capsule in the Treatment of Intractable Insomnia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of needling Qiao channel combined with Shumian capsule in the treatment of intractable insomnia.Methods:76 patients were randomly divided into the control group (n =38) and the study group (n =38).The control group was given Estazolam,and the study group was treated with needling Qiao channel combined with Shumian capsule.Scores of PSQI and HAMD before and after the treatment were observed to evaluate clinical efficacy in the two groups.Results:The marked effective rate was 65.8％ in the control group,compared to 86.8％ in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).In terms of the total effective rate of improving HAMD score,it was 65.8％ in the control group,which was significantly lower than 94.7％ in the study group (P ＜ 0.01).Time of falling asleep,sleep time,sleep effciency,sleep quality,and scores of daytime activity dysfunction and PSQI were all improved significandy after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups (P ＜ 0.05);in which the study group was superior to the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of needling Qiao channel combined with Shumian capsule is effective in the treatment of intractable insomnia,and it can effectively improve sleep quality and reduce anxiety in insomnia patients.关键词
