火针在女性黄褐斑(气滞血瘀证)治疗中的应用价值
Application Value of Fire-needling in the Treatment of Female Chloasma of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Pattern
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of fire-needling for female chloasma of qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into the fire-needling group(n =45) and the control group(n =45).Reduced glutathione tablet,compound vitamin C sodium tablet,and vitamin E capsule were given to the patients in the control group;on which basis,the patients in the fire-needling group were also treated with fire-needling.Skin lesion integral,serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA),scores of life quality(mental and physical state,daily activities,and social entertainment),and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results:Integrals of lesion area and skin color,serum levels of MDA,and scores of life quality in the fire-needling group were all significantly lower than those in the control group after four-week treatment(P ＜ 0.01);SOD level of the fire-needling group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.01);the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of fire-needling has positive curative effect on female chloasma of qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern,with its action of reducing the skin lesion and improving life quality.关键词
