Research Progress of Autophagy in the Development and Treatment for Colorectal Cancer Patients
摘要
Abstract
Autophagy is a highly conserved lysosomal degradation pathway which contributes to maintain the intracellular homeostasis. This process is closely related to various diseases including cancer. More evidences have showed that autophagy plays a complex role in the development and therapy of colorectal cancer (CRC), and closely related to the prognosis of CRC. The present article summarized the recent advances in the double-edged role and anti-cancer potential of autophagy for the colorectal cancer patients.关键词
