慢性肾功能衰竭合并肿瘤患者应用透析联合缬沙坦的效果及其对生存时间的影响
Effect of Hemodialysis Combined with Valsartan for the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure Combined with Tumor

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hemodialysis combined with valsartan for the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure combined with tumor. Methods 92 patients with chronic renal failure combined with tumor were selected in our hospital from July 2013 to August 2017. According to the random number method, they were divided into control group and research group. The patients in control group were treated with hemodialysis, and the patients in research group were treated with hemodialysis combined with valsartan. The effective rate and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups after treatment. The renal function contrast after treatment and the survival rate within five years after operation were compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate of patients in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); the postoperative anemia, hypertension, heart failure and aluminum poisoning complication rate of patients in research group were significantly lower than these in the control group (P<0.05); the renal function indexes of patients in the two groups had no significant difference before treatment (P>0.05) after treatment, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels of patients in research group were significantly lower than these in the control group (P<0.05), creatinine level was increased significantly in the research group compared with that in the control group (P<0.05); three years, five years survival rate of patients in the research group after treatment were significantly higher than these in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with valsartan can significantly improve the treatment efficiency, renal function, and the survival time of patients with chronic renal failure and tumor. It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.关键词
