卡铂治疗视网膜母细胞瘤的效果及对患者VEGF和NF-κBP65表达的影响
The Effect of Carboplatin Therapy on the Expression of VEGF and NF-kappa BP65 in Patients with Retinoblastoma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of carboplatin (RB) on patients with retinoblastoma (retinoblastoma) and its influence on expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and nuclear factor NF- kappa BP65. Methods 68 patients (68 eyes) with RB from February 2014 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases for each group. The patients in control group were treated with bevacizumab, and the patients in research group were treated with carboplatin. The therapeutic effect and the expression of VEGF and NF- kappa BP65 were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significances in tumor size and tumor thickness between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). Tumor size and tumor thickness of patients in the research group were significantly lower than that in control group after treatment (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions such as the conjunctival conges-tion, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea and the number of white blood cells of patients in the research group were decreased significantly com-pared with these in control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the visual acuity of patients between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The visual acuity of patients in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment (P<0.05); there were no significant differences in VEGF and NF- kappa BP65 expression between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), the VEGF and NF- kappa BP65 expression of patients in the research group were significantly lower than these in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of carboplatin in RB patients can improve the visual acuity, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and inhibit the expression of VEGF and NF- kappa BP65.关键词
