华蟾素改善结直肠癌疼痛的效果分析
Effect Analysis of Chinese Herb on the Remission of Pain in Colorectal Cancer Patients

Abstract
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effects and pain-relief functionality of cinobufotalin capsules for colorectal cancer patients. Methods 92 colorectal cancer patients, who were collected in our hospital, were evenly subjected to random number tables as the treatment group (TG, 46 patients) and the control group (CG, 46 patients). Patients in both groups were chemotherapeutically treated with Oxaliplatin-Tegafur combination while TG had supplemented cinobufotalin capsules. After 4 courses of treatment, the clinical outcomes, pain-relief effects and adverse reactions were compared between TG and CG. Results TG had a total efficacy of 65.22% (30/46) which was significantly higher than CG [39.13% (18/46) ] (P<0.05). Coincidently, the complete remission rate (CCR) and total efficacy of pain-relief in TG was 34.78% (16/46) and 78.26% (36/46), which was remarkably higher than that in CG. CG had a CCR of 13.04% (6/46) and 50.00% (23/46) total efficacy in pain-relief (P<0.05). In the meantime, TG had 41.30% (19/46) gastrointestinal pain effects and 50.00% (23/46) in-cidence of bone marrow suppression which was notably lower than CG, which was 69.57% (32/46) and 73.91% (34/46) respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion Cinobufotalin capsule-combined therapy demonstrated remarkable efficacy for treating colorectal cancer. Besides, the therapy could significantly alleviate pain condition and reduce adverse reactions. It is promising to extend the current strategy in combating with colorectal cancer.关键词
