Abstract
Objective To observe the analgesic effects and side effects of two different analgesic sustained release tablets (oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets and morphine sulfate sustained release tablets) on patients with moderate and severe cancer pain. Methods 97 patients with malignant tumor accompanied by moderate or severe cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups: 49 cases in group A (oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets) and 48 cases in group B (morphine sustained-release tablets). The analgesic efficacy and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were assessed. Results The analgesic rates of the two groups were 93.9% and 91.7%, respectively, with no significant difference (P>0.05). Major adverse reactions of patients in both the two groups were dizziness, nau-sea and vomiting, constipation, dysuria, fatigue and drowsiness. The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was significantly lower than that in group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion It has the considerable analgesic effects for Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets and morphine sulfate sustained release tablets to treat patients with moderate and severe cancer pain, but oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets have fewer adverse reactions.关键词
