Abstract
Objective The present research tried to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on anxiety and depression of breast can-cer patients after gemcitabine treatment. Methods 120 breast cancer patients in our hospital were enrolled in this study. All the patients af-ter gemcitabine treatment were divided into two groups, normal nursing group (condition observation, patient explanation and diet guidance) and comprehensive nursing group (help patients to set up confidence and observe the vital signs to prevent infection), 60 cases in each group. The scores of SAS, SDS, PSQI and QOL were compared between the two groups. Results The results showed that the SAS, SDS, PSQI were decreased while QOL was increased after the treatment of nursing. At the same time, the results showed that comprehensive nursing effect on SAS, SDS, PSQI and QOL of patients was more obvious than normal nursing group. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is effective on anxi-ety and depression on breast cancer patients after gemcitabine treatment.关键词
