Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing model for patients with nasal cavity tumor after cisplatin chemo-therapy and its influence on the adverse emotions. Methods A total of 100 patients with nasal tumor who were admitted to our hospital were divided into control group (n=50) and research group (n=50) according to the random digital method. Patients in the control group received the conventional care measurements, the patients in the research were given individualized nursing model based on conventional care meas-urements. The treat effect, quality of life, and patient satisfaction with nursing before and after care were recorded for analysis. Results The clinical efficacy rate of patients in research group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in research group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). The care quality of patients in research group was sig-nificantly better than that in control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with nasal cavity tumors treated with cisplatin are more effective in individualized nursing model after operation. The clinical utilization rate is high, nursing satisfaction is significantly reduced, and patients' bad emotions are relieved.关键词
