The Periodical Characteristics of the Crop Straw Utilization Policy——Evolution of the Central Government No.1 Documents of China
摘要
Abstract
By text interpretation about the 12 central government No.1 documents during 1982-2017,it was found that the evolution of crop straw utilization policy were from single utilization,comprehensive transformation utilization,and to diversified utilization.The straw utilization policy and effect would be better,if it was added the clause of “increasing farmers' understanding of the significance of straw comprehensive utilization”,and “straw subsidies to farmers” to solve the farmers' awareness and interests.关键词
