白虎加人参汤对糖尿病模型大鼠TRPA1通道基因表达的影响
TRPA1mRNA Expression in DM Rats Treated with Baihu Renshen Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of Baihu Renshen decoction on the expressions of MDA and TRPA1 mRNA under oxidative stress in DM (diabetes mellitus) rats.Methods:DM models were established by injecting STZ.DM rats were randomly divided into the Chinese medication group,the western medication group,the model group and the blank control group.The Chinese medication group was treated with Baihu Renshen decoction,and the western medication group was given alpha lipoic acid.The content of MDA was determined with ELISA method,and the expressions of TRPA1 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR.Results:The MDA levels of the medication groups were both significantly decreased compared to those of the model group(P ＜0.01),but there was no statistical difference between the two medication groups(P ＞0.05).Theexpression of TRPA1 mRNA in the medication groups were decreased,of which the Chinese medication group was more obvious (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Baihu Renshen decoction can reduce the content of MDA in DM rats,and decrease the expression of TRPA1mRNA,it has some protective effect on diabetic neuropathy.关键词
