御风胶囊抗脑缺血的药效学研究
Pharmacodynamics Study of Yufeng Capsule in the Treatment of Cerebral Ischemia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Yufeng capsule in the treatment of cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods:The successful models were randomly divided into the blank control group,the model group,the positive control group,and Yufeng capsule group.Water content and pathomorphology of the brain tissue,platelet aggregation rate,carotid thrombosis,and blood clotting time were observed to evaluate the effect of Yufeng capsule.Results:The therapy of Yufeng capsule can obviously improve the above indicators when compared to those of the model group.Conclusion:Yufeng capsule has a very good therapeutic effect on cerebral ischemia in rats.关键词
