摘要

Abstract

To understand distribution of rhizosphere bacteria in Spartina alterniflora Loisel, we investigated the relationship of rhizosphere bacteria and environmental factors in reclamation and non-reclamation areas.Embankment was found to influence distribution of relative bacterial abundance in different seasons.The relative bacterial abundance in reclamation areas was markedly lower than in non-reclamation areas.Maximal relative bacterial abundance was found in reclamation area near the sea.Further,bacterial relative abundance decreased with increasing soil depth.Rhizosphere bacterial relative abundance was positively correlated with the content of total nitrogen and organic matter (P<0.05),and negatively correlated with salt concentration (P<0.05),no significant correlation with total phosphorus content was found.This work would be helpful for typical vegetation especially for invasive species in the Yellow River Delta.The work also provides targeted measures and decision-making basis for the control of Spartinaalterniflora in coastal area of China.
