Preparation and Electrochemical Performances of Novel Two-dimensional Silicon Carbon Nitride Nanosheets

Abstract
Novel two-dimensional (2D) silicon carbon nitride (SiCN) nanosheets were prepared using a high-temperature calcination method.The morphology and microstructure of SiCN nanosheets were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and so on.The SiCN nanosheets have many excellent advantages while being applied in electrochemical energy storage,such as the microporous structure,high specific surface area (420m2/g).In acidic electrolyte,the SiCN nanosheets electrodes show excellent electrochemical performance including high specific capacitance and superior rate capability evidenced by the measurements of cyclic voltammetry (CV),galvanostatic chargedischarge (GCD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).The preparation method of the novel SiCN nanosheets has many advantages such as simple process,low cost and high yield,indicating potential applications in other energy storage and conversion fields.关键词
