摘要

Abstract

High-purity ZnAl2O4 spinel nanoparticles with good crystallinity were synthesized through the combining method of mechanochemistry and sonochemistry.The features including surface morphology,crystal structure,chemical components and microstructure of the samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and specific surface area analyzer (BET).The results indicate that ZnAl2O4 nanoparticles with high purity and good crystallinity are obtained by the solid state reaction of ZnO and γ-Al2O3 nanoparticles as the roasting temperature from 873K to 1173K.With the increase of the roasting temperature,the density of the material is enhanced,the crystallinity and the average pore size increase,and the specific surface area and the porosity decrease.
