摘要

Abstract

Using uniform design method,hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide were adopted as the acid and alkali treatment to prepare the surfaces of aluminum foil and glass fibers by changing the pH within 1.90-13.70.The treated glass fiber and aluminum foil were hot pressed for 60s at 140℃ to obtain the glass fiber composite aluminum foil,and then adhered by 704 silicone rubber.Dynamic thermomechanical analysis (DMA) was used to study the effects of the pH of bonding interface on the dynamic modulus of the composite under different temperature (30~400℃).The results showed that the dynamic modulus of the composite is the best when the glass fiber interfacial pH is neutral and the aluminum foil interfacial pH is weak alkaline;and with the increase of temperature,the dynamic modulus increased and reached the maximum in 200℃,The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results showed that the bonding interface of the composite was denser under this preparation conditions,and some glass fiber was embedded in the surface layer of the aluminum foil.
