摘要

Abstract

Samples of Cu98.4 Cr1.6 alloy were solidified under a normal gravity field and a 4230 g super gravity field,respectively,in order to study the influence of the super gravity field on the degree of macro segregation and the formation rod-like eutectic structures.The results show that,compared with the sample prepared under the normal gravity field,the rod-like eutectic structures decrease significantly in the sample solidified under the 4230g super gravity field,and the diameter of the rod-like eutectic structures decreased from 250~350nm to 100~200nm.Additionally,when the Cu98.4 Cr1.6 alloy solidified under a 4230g super gravity field,obviously macro segregation was not observed,and the hardness and composition distributions of the Cu98.4 Cr1.6 alloy were nearly identical along the direction of the super gravity field.
