摘要

Abstract

Due to many outstanding properties,perovskite solar cell (PSC) has attracted more and more attention from scientists.At present,CH3NH3PbI3 is the most commonly used for perovskite materials,and its energy gap is 1.55eV.The solar photons below 1.55eV of energy cannot be absorbed directly.Therefore,increasing the response of the PSC for the solar spectrum is the key to improve the performance of solar cells.Because low-energy photons can translate into a high-energy photon by using rare earth up-conversion luminescence materials,applying rare earth up-conversion luminescence is an efficient path to improve the performance of PSCs.In this paper,fundamental mechanisms of rare earth up-conversion luminescence,structure and working principle of the PSC are summarized,respectively.According to the related literatures,the research status is mainly introduced.Finally,the prospects on PSC are discussed.
