摘要
Abstract
This paper focuses on the design of FSAE (car) frame of Jiangsu University.Firstly,based on the competition rules,the frame mian structure is determined and its topological optimization is analyzed by Hypermesh,and the typical rods fittings are reasonably arranged.Secondly,a 3D model is built in CATIA,and the size optimization is conducted in ANSYS using torsional rigidity as evaluation standard and setting member dimensions as design variables.The result shows that the torsional stiffness of frame are strengthened and the overall weight gets decreased.The final frame torsional stiffness reaches 2 415.2 N · m/(°) and mass 27.2 kg,which meets the requirements of structural design and lightweight.At last,4 kinds of working condition analysis and modal analysis of frame structure are carried out to make sure the safety and reliability.关键词
