液晶增韧环氧树脂/聚酯纤维复合材料的制备及性能
Preparation and Properties of Liquid Crystal Polymer Toughened Epoxy Resin/Glass Fiber Composites

Abstract
Epoxy resin/polyester fiber (PET) composites are toughened by self-made liquid crystal polymer (LCP).The mechanical properties and thermal properties of toughened composites are characterized by impact test machine,universal testing machine,dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA),Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA),and SEM.The results show that the thermal stability of LCP is good.The addition of LCP can improve the impact strength of the composites.When the mass fractron LCP is 5%,the impact strength of the composites is increased by 88.3% compared with that without LCP.With the addition of LCP,the storage modulus is decreased.Meanwhile the glass transition temperature and the 5 % weight loss temperature are increased.The addition of LCP makes the impact fracture of composites become rough and is beneficial to absorb impact energy.关键词
