凝胶注模成型制备多孔NiTi合金工艺研究
Study on the Preparation of Porous NiTi Alloy by Gel-Casting
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,hydroxyethyl methacrylate is taken as a monomer,and oleic acid as a dispersant.Porous NiTi shape memory alloy is prepared by a gel-casting method,then it is sintered at 1050℃in vacuum for 6h to get porous NiTi shape memory alloy.The results show that slurry fluidity decreases with the increase of solid con-tent.Fluidity has been unable to meet the requirements of molding when the solid content is 43%.The slurry fluid-ity is improved and can meet the requirement of gel-casting when the slurry added 1%oleic acid and is treated by ball milling for 40min.The sinter has good grains.In addition to the NiTi phase,there are a few impurity phases such as Ni3Ti and Ni2Ti in the sinter.关键词
