摘要

Abstract

The marginal capacity cost of distribution network expresses the change of the investment cost of power supply caused by the capacity change of power supply equipment due to the increase of the load or the access of distributed generation (DG) to the distribution network.According to the open loop operation of distribution network,the sensitivity coefficient matrix is built by the sensitivity method,the locational marginal capacity cost (LMCC) in the distribution network is calculated,and considering the change of LMCC according to the actual situation,the DG benefit evaluation is divided into customer owned DG and DG configuration of the power department.This paper focuses on the planning of multi-type DG sitting and sizing in DG configuration of power department,and takes into account the timing characteristics of the load and the multi-type DG.Finally,the MATLAB software is used to calculate the LMCC value in the IEEE33-node distribution network,and the DG planning considering the timing characteristics is carried out by using the particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the rationality of the proposed model and method is verified.
