摘要

Abstract

In order to significantly reduce the effect of randomness and fluctuation of large-scale wind power on power system dispatch,a rolling dispatch model based on chance-constrained mixed integer programming(CCMIP)is proposed by taking wind power characteristics into consideration.Firstly,the influence of wind power characteristics on power system scheduling is studied,and it is proposed that wind prediction errors and wind ramp events may affect system dispatch.Then,rolling dispatch model based on CCMIP is introduced to consider wind power characteristics.Rolling dispatch strategy can effectively reduce the system reserve capacity and cost.In the model,the wind ramp constraint can effectively solve the problem of wind ramp events and improve the safety of the system.Finally,case studies are carried out to analyze effectiveness of model and rolling dispatch strategy.Results indicate that the model and strategy can utilize wind power characteristics and realize balance between risk and cost.
