摘要

Abstract

Due to large-scare application of energy storage in frequency regulation and vacancy of rules on measurement and reimbursement for storage alone in China,supplementary thermal power units with automatic generation control (AGC) by storage get commercial promotion.However,full-power charge-discharge strategy adopted by current projects goes ill with sustainable operation for energy storage.Therefore,this paper proposes a method,in a specific counting period,to determine real-time output of storage to maximize regulation performance and electricity equilibrium.Practicability of this method is verified and some comparisons between various strategies are presented based on several scenarios with two thermal units.Results shows that both regulation performance and storage availability are improved and a shorter period does better in that.Moreover,time consumption for multi-objective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) can meet real-time requirement.
