Abstract
Objective To investigate the values of interventional embolization and craniotomy clipping for patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysms. Methods According to random number table method,72 patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysms who were treated at our hospital from January,2015 to July,2016 were divided into a control group and an observation group,36 cases for each group. The control group underwent craniotomy clipping and the observation group interventional embolization. The clinical efficacy, cytokine levels, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the recovery rate of the observation group was higher, with a statistical difference (30.56% vs.55.56%,P< 0.05).The IL-10 level was high and the levels of TNF-α,SDF-1A,and TGF-β in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical differences (all P < 0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications between these two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion Interventional embolization can improve the clinical efficacy and relieve the inflammatory stress reaction in patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysms.关键词
