摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of vitrectomy combining cataract surgery for patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR).Methods 60 patients with PDR in one eye were selected from August,2015 to August,2016 and were divided into a test group and a control group,30 for each group. The control group were treated with vitrectomy and the test group with vitrectomy and cataract surgery. The retinal reattachment was observed in both groups. The eyesight and intraocular tension were measured before and after the treatment. The postoperative complications were recorded. The results were compared between these two groups. Results The retinal reattachment rate was 53.33% in the test group and was 20.00% in the control group, with a statistical difference (P < 0.05).After the treatment, the eyesight and intraocular tension were (0.76±0.22) mmHg and (14.62±2.40) mmHg in the test group and were (0.53±0.17) mmHg and (17.33±2.78)mmHg in the control group, with statistical differences (both P < 0.05).The incidences of hard exudation, pupil grasp, capsular opacification, and macular oedema were 6.67%,3.33%,10.00%,and 3.33% in the test group and were 20.00%,10.00%,23.33%,and 6.67% in the control group after the treatment, with no statistical differences (all P >0.05).Conclusions Vitrectomy combining cataract surgery for patients with PDR is remarkably effective and can increase retinal reattachment rate and can improve the patients' eyesight and intraocular tension for patients,so it is worth being generalized.关键词
