阴式手术治疗剖宫产术后子宫疤痕妊娠的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value oftransvaginal surgery observing its curative effect for cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods The clinical data of 26 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy diagnosed and treated at our hospital from January,2013 to May,2017 were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients had the history of cesarean section and were treated by surgery.Among which,15 cases were treated by trans-vaginal surgery and the other 11 cases by laparoscopic surgery.The curative effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The operation time,bleeding volume,hospital stay,and hospitalization expense were better in the transvaginal group than in the laparoscopic group [(55.6±7.8) min (117.0±28.2) min,(120±36.4) ml vs.(254.5±85.0) ml,(4.3±0.82) d vs.(5.6±0.92) d,(8 388.5±1 190.4) vs.yuan (10 281.2±562.4) yuan],with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Transvaginal surgery in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy is more effective and suitable for primary hospitals than laparoscopic surgery.关键词
