Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of endoscopic hemostasis for patients with acute non-varicose gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods 56 cases of acute non-varicose gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated at our hospital were selected as study objects and were divided into a control group and an experimental group,28 cases for each group.The control group were treated with routine drugs and the experimental group with endoscopic hemostasis.The treatment effects were observed in both groups.Results The total effective rate was 96.4％ in the experimental group and 85.7％ in the control group,with a statistical difference.The bleeding time was (1.1±1.2) d,the blood transfusion volume was (403.7±1.3) ml/d,and the hospital stay was (6.2±1.5)d in the experimental group,which were better than those in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic hemostasis in the treatment of acute non-varicose gastrointestinal hemorrhage is effective and can shortem bleeding time and hospital stay and lower blood transfusion volume,so it is worth being applied.关键词
