254 cases of adverse drug reaction reports in a Women and Children Hospital
目的 对2016年本院上报国家药品不良反应监测系统的254份药品不良反应(ADR)进行回顾性分析,为本院ADR监测工作提供指导和参考.方法 分别按报告人职业、涉及科室、涉及患者情况、涉及药品情况及临床表现等项目进行统计分析.结果 254份ADR报告,76.4％由药师报告;74.9％涉及患者来自妇科、儿科及乳腺科;29.9％的ADR发生于儿童;抗感染用药和抗肿瘤用药并列各占ADR总数的33.0％;72.4％来自注射用药;ADR涉及器官以皮肤及附件损…查看全部>>
