Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and depression in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods 80 patients with anxious and depressive Parkinson's disease treated at our hospital from January,2015 to June,2017 were selected as study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group were routinely cared;in addition,the observation group were given psychological nursing intervention.One month after the intervention,the situation of anxiety and depression and ability of daily life were compared between these two groups.Results 1 month after the nursing intervention,the anxiety self-assessment scale score and depression self-rating scale score were lower in the observation group than in the control group [(26.9±9.1) vs.(46.3±9.8) and (40.6±9.8) vs.(49.6±9.6)],with statistical differences (both P ＜ 0.05).21 patients' ability of daily life recovered to normal in the observation group and 13 in the control group and fewer patients had functional disorder after than before the nursing intervention in both groups,with statistical difference (P =0.014).Conclusions The anxiety and depressive symptoms of Parkinson's disease seriously affect the patients' daily living ability;and psychological nursing intervention can reduce the patients' anxiety and depression effectively and improve their ability of daily life.关键词
