生丝的酒石酸脱胶研究
Degumming of raw silk with tartaric acid

Abstract
Raw silk was degummed with tartaric acid. The influences of tartaric acid concentration, reaction temperature, bath ratio and reaction time on the degumming were investigated by single factor experiment. The optimal degumming conditions of silk degummed with tartaric acid were obtained. The result showed that the optimal degumming conditions were tartaric acid 7 g/L, reaction temperature 100 °C, bath ratio 1:50 and reaction time 40 min. Silk was degummed with tartaric acid under the optimal conditions. The color of silk degummed with tartaric acid was orange after degummed silk reacted with 2,4,6-trinitrophenol-carmine solution, and this showed sericin was completely removed. The breaking strength loss rate and breaking elongation loss rate of silk degummed with tartaric acid were little. Its mechanical properties were good. From infrared spectrum, the main structure of silk was α-helix and β-sheet after degumming with tartaric acid. From the microphotographs, the damage of tartaric acid to silk was little. Compared with that of the control group (silk degummed with sodium carbonate), all the performances of silk degummed with tartaric acid were better.关键词
