pH敏感抗菌水凝胶的制备及性能研究
Research on synthesis and properties of pH-sensitive antibacterial hydrogel

Abstract
Polyvinyl alcohol l(PVA)/gelatin gel was synthesized by chemical cross -linking. Polyvinyl alcohol /gelatin/potassium sorbate antibacterial gel was prepared by solution ad-sorption method.The structure of the gel was characterized by FT -IR.The swelling proper-ty of gel with different proportions and the influence of pH on swelling property of gel were studied.The drug loading rate of the gel and its release in different pH media were investiga-ted.The results show that the ratio of raw materials on the gel balance effect, the swelling rate of PVA gelatin mass ratio 6:4 gel swelling rate was 632%,the highest.The gel has pH sensitivity in alkaline and acidic environment, and the higher the content of PVA gel, the potassium sorbate of adsorption was better.The release behavior of gel was consistent with its swelling behavior.关键词
