胃癌患者三级淋巴组织的分布及其与患者预后的关系和意义
Relationship between location of tertiary lymphoid tissue and prognosis of patients with gastric carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between location of tertiary lymphoid tissue (TLT) and the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer and its significance.Methods:Two hundred and fifty specimens from patients with gastric cancer and the related pathological information were collected.TLTs were divided into three groups,absence group,low frequency group and middle and high frequency group according to the distribution frequency of lymphoid nodules or lamellar lymphocytes.The clinical and pathological data and the prognosis of gastric cancer patients were analyzed statistically.Results:Among 250 patients with gastric cancer,there were 29 cases in the absence group (11.6％),90 cases in the lowfrequency group (36.0％) and 131 cases in the middle and high frequency group (52.4％).TLT groups were related to pathological staging (pTNM),Lauren classification and cell differentiation.The results of univariate analysis showed that the degree of TLT distribution,age,tumor invasion,distant metastasis and TNM staging had significant effects on the survival rate of patients.Among the 250 patients with gastric cancer,the prognosis in the low-frequency group and middle and high frequency group was better than that of the absence group.The Cox proportional hazard regression analysis showed that TLT distribution,tumor invasion and distant metastasis were the independent prognostic factors for the long-term survival of patients with gastric cancer.Conclusion:The distribution of TLT in gastric cancer is associated with the survival rate and is an independent prognostic factor for the long-term survival of patients.TLT,thus,could be a reference index for the clinical prognosis of patients.关键词
