摘要
Abstract
Trough type rail is universally used in modern tram. To study the rail cleaning device,a loose organization for dirt with a strong adhesive force in trough type rail is designed.This article uses ADMAS to do dynamic simulation and make the process of dirt removing visual,and does the simulation and dynamic analysis of the torsion spring with different stiffness under three movement conditions,then its stiffness is divided into ten grades. According to the analysis, an optimal stiffness of the torsion spring and the corresponding operation torque are determined.The basis is provided for the design of adequate torsion spring.Simulation and analy-sis results show that this organization satisfies the work requirements of trough type rail clean.关键词
