不同结构的喷射成形雾化器雾化效果研究
Research on Atomization Effect of Atomizer with Different Structure
摘要
Abstract
Based on modeling and simulation of two kinds of atomizers with typical structure, this paper analyzes both atomization effects. then,based on the unrestricted atomizer structure,researches on and analyses its atomization effect under the conditions of setting up different parameters. The certain basis is provided for the actual production.The results show that the two kinds of atomi-zer structures have different characteristics.The atomization effect of the unrestricted atomizer is better than that of the restricted at-omizer, thus ensuring the ideal range of setting the parameters atomizer for the atomization effect of the unrestricted atomizer.关键词
