摘要
Abstract
Because the amount of springback of product parts can not be determined quantitatively in the process of bending die de-sign,it is impossible to design the structure size of the bending die to stampit successfully at the first time. In this paper, the ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to establish the true analysis model of the stamping simulation,and the implicit dy-namic calculation method is used to simulate the"stamping","stay","back"action. And meanwhile, the Isight optimization soft-ware is used to take the product size in the drawing as the optimization object and the given parameters are optimized to obtain the structure size of formpiston and female die. A good guidance is provided for the bending die design.关键词
