从去产能视角观察中国矿产品贸易优化策略
Optimizing Strategy for Chinese Mineral Products Trade from the Perspective of Reducing Capacity
摘要
Abstract
The policy of reducing capacity has been steadily conducted, which brings significant benefits to the mining industries. The reduction of capacity has a positive impact on Chinese miner-al products trade, which promotes trade vitality and optimizes the trade structure. There is a dy-namic and mutual equilibrium relationship between the reduction of capacity and the trade regula-tion. Based on these analyses,the paper puts forward some suggestions:reviewing the development of mining industry through new strategic vision;promoting the supply-side reform of mining indus-try with the aid of the bidirectional regulation between trading and reducing capacity; integrating global resources by transferring domestic capacity abroad;developing Chinese mining industry into the middle and high level of the global; establishing a forced mechanism of adjusting the capacity structure by export;and setting up a systematic survey system.关键词
