矿产资源节约形势及监管途径探讨
Discussion on Economical Situation of Mineral Resources and the Path of Regulation
摘要
Abstract
The utilization of mineral resources in China is stable at a relatively high level,but it is influenced by policies,resources and technical factors. At present,China is facing the problems of resources depletion,complex fiscal and tax incentives,and lack of means of supervision. In addi-tion,to guarantee the construction of ecological civilization,economical society and service-orien-ted government as well as the development of internet and big data,the new situation and require-ment have shown in resources supervision process. This paper puts forward a new way of supervi-sion on economical utilization of mineral resources driven by ecological civilization,including strict-ly controlling the entry threshold of mineral resource conservation and utilization,building a real-time monitoring platform,and improving the differentiated fiscal and taxation policies,etc.关键词
