矿产资源基地经济效益评估方法思考——以青海祁漫塔格矿集区为例
Discussion on the Economic Assessment for Mineral Resource Base——Taking the Qimantage Mineral Resource Base as an Example
摘要
Abstract
This paper summaries the meaning and the relationships of the potential gross value, output value and net value when evaluating the economic benefits of mineral resource base. Mean-while,the principles as well as the methods and requirements for index selection that need to be noticed in the evaluation are also determined. Then, an economic benefit estimation model based on the resource reserve,recovery rate of mining,recovery rate of beneficiation,product quality and other technical indicators is established. The concept of resource value output rate is proposed. Taking the Qimantage mineral resource base as an example,the accuracy and practicability of this model are verified. This study is expected to provide a reference for other mineral resource bases.关键词
