摘要

Abstract

With Xinjiang vermiculite as raw material,followed byacidification,sodiumification and organic pillar,the organic-pillared vermiculite was obtained and was used as the support to pre-pare Ru-based hydrogenation catalyst. The effect of modification conditions on the physical prop-erties of vermiculite and the hydrogenation performance of Ru/organic vermiculite was investigated. Experimental results show that with acidification and sodium modification,the cation exchange ca-pacity (CEC) can be increased by 1.32 times. XRD results suggested that the structure of the O-V was complete after acidification and sodium modification,and the interlayer spacing was in-creased from 1.48 nm to 4.09 nm after the organic pillar. Compared with the catalyst Ru/Al2O3, the Ru/organic vermiculite exhibits more excellent catalytic performance and better oxidation-re-duction stability in the hydrogenation reaction.
