漆酶预处理前后蔗渣半纤维素的提取及性质研究
Effect of Laccase Pretreatment on Extract of Bagasse Hemicellulose

Abstract
A novel laccase pretreatment was developed to enhanced hemicelluloses extraction from bagasse by microwave-assistedalkali extracting method. The morphology and porosity characterization of bagasse and relative molecular weight of hemicelluloses were characterized by scanning electron microscope, surface and aperture analyzer and gel permeation chromatograph. The results indicated that the surface structure of bagasse was fractured and a number of holes were discovered after laccase pretreatment,and the total pore volume and surface area were increased by 26.7% and 90.5%, respectively. The maximum yield of hemicelluloses(approximately 89.0%) and higher molecular weights were obtained under the conditions of the dosage of laccase 160 U/g,sodium hydroxide concentration 8%, microwave power 800 W and extraction time 50 min, ratio of solid and liquid 1:20,extraction temperature 90℃.关键词
