利益相关者视角下高职院校外部治理结构探析
An Analysis of the External Governance Structure of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Stakeholders
摘要
Abstract
The external governance of higher vocational colleges is an important problem in the process of higher vocational education development currently. Based on the perspective of stakeholders, it articulates the connotation of external governance structure in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the interests demand of external stakeholders, and on this basis, it positions the role of external stakeholders in higher vocational colleges, determines the relationship between external stakeholders, and further puts forward the mechanism guarantee of external governance structure in higher vocational colleges, aiming to provide some suggestions for optimizing the external governance structure of higher vocational colleges.关键词
