摘要
Abstract
The craftsman spirit has rich connotation, and a very high form of expression. In today's society, the excellent craftsmen come from higher vocational colleges rather than the workshop. Colleges are an important position for the training of excellent craftsmen. This also puts forward higher requirements for higher vocational colleges. The concept of teachers and students must keep pace with the times, guided by the craftsman spirit. It should integrate education resources, strengthen ideological and political education, improve the quality of professional teaching, reform the personnel system, and cultivate qualified personnel.关键词
