上海市静安区部分老年退休教师慢性肾脏病调查
An Epidemiological Survey of Chronic Kidney Disease in Part of Elderly Retired Teachers in Jing'an District, Shanghai
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in the elderly retired teachers in Jing'an District,Shanghai.Methods A total of 485 elderly retired teachers for physical examination were collected in Jing'an District,Shanghai during the period from April,2017 to October,2017,including 235 female and 250 male;the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) calculated with the modification of diet in renal disease (MDRD) formula was taken as the evaluation criteria.Results The overall prevalence of CKD in thr elderly retired teachers was 49.48 ％;the prevalence of CKD in female group was 42.13 ％ while that was 56.40 ％ in male group (x2=9.878,P =0.0016);the enrolled subjects were divided into 6 groups according to age;the prevalence of CKD was 28.57％ in the 60-year-old group and 75.56％ in the 85-year-old group;an average increase for every 5 years was 7.83％;stage 2 and 3 of CKD took up a large proportion in all the elderly with CKD (88.33 ％ of stage 2 and 11.67 ％ of stage 3);Multivariate Logistic Regression Analysis showed that age,serum uric acid,and glucose were independent factors of CKD.Conclusions Most of the retired teachers with CKD in Jing'an District,Shanghai,are at stage 2 and 3,the prevalence of CKD increases with age;age,serum uric acid and glucose are independent factors of CKD.关键词
