Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristics of anxiety,depression and quality of life in the elderly patients of total laryngectomy,and to evaluate the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing at each stage during operation.Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of total laryngectomy were collected and the cases were divided into 2 groups:observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30);routine nursing was performed on patients in control group during operation while comprehensive nursing care was performed on patients in observation group at each stage during operation;SAS scale and SDS scale were applied in estimating the anxiety and depression of the patients in both groups while the quality of life scale in evaluating d the quality of life;all the data were statistically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores at admission between the 2 groups (P＞0.05) while the scores in both groups at discharge were significantly lower than those at admission (P＜0.05);SAS scores and SDS scores in observation group were much lower than those in control group (P＜ 0.05);the scores of quality of life in observation group was obviously higher than those in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients of total laryngectomy at each stage during operation can improve anxiety and depression of the patients at different degrees and can promote the quality of life,which is of certain clinical application value.关键词
